Robert C. “Bob” Bush is a recognized leader with more than 30 years of experience in managing facility projects for over 20 school and community college districts throughout the country. His commitment to school and college facility improvement is rooted in his deep understanding of the relationship between physical environments and the dynamics of learning, stemming from his own education in the neurosciences.
Bob has managed planning and construction of facilities with a total installed cost approaching $2 Billion. He has hands-on experience working with varied oversight jurisdictions; managing budgets, cost and document controls; negotiating successful relationships with contractors and trade organizations; and managing scopes, schedules and budgets at all levels of detail.
The breadth of his hands-on experience also includes site infrastructure, energy, communications and outreach, workforce development, maintenance & operations, asset management, public finance, public-private partnerships, technology, and safety & security needs of campuses.
