Our Mission

S4CA is a consortium of educators, local labor unions, construction contractors & employers, community leaders dedicated to: 

• Building strong and effective CTE pathways across all educational and adult sectors 

• Attracting motivated students to sustainable construction careers 

• Advancing and prolonging careers for the existing workforce 

• Recognizing the achievement of college degree achievement and industry-recognized certifications
