Workforce Education

S4CA supports postsecondary and dual enrollment activities design to enhance the skills of existing and potential employees in the construction industry. These programs include forums, VDC, TOP, and apprenticeship stackable credentials. Programs are designed to prepare employees to take on more responsibility within their organizations.

Project Exhibition

This annual event recognizes outstanding achievement in individual and team projects that are focused on building and construction, safety, architectural design, civil, mechanical, or structural engineering, construction management, landscaping, city and regional planning and development, technology in construction, and other fields related to the construction industry.

Apprenticeships

Scholarships

S4CA is proud to partner with the ASI Foundation to offer academic scholarships for students. The foundation is particularly interested in students who are planning a career in the construction industry and related industries. Scholarships range from $250-$2,500 for students attending a two-year or four-year college or university. Scholarships are available only to high school seniors currently residing in Santa Clara County and who have been accepted into a college.
