S4CA is a partnership of construction industry organizations, educational institutions and community agencies that promote the construction industry and apprenticeship as a valuable career option. In collaboration with over thirty participating partners and sponsors, S4CA seeks to:
.:: Bring educators and businesses together to achieve the shared goal of building a well-prepared workforce for the building industry
.:: Assist school and college districts with resources for career preparation and training
.:: Track policy and legislative issues that affect the industry workforce
.:: Assist in job forecasting
